Refund Provisions

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy, FastApply LTD extends a 30-day money-back guarantee. If, within this period, you do not receive any interview opportunities through our platform, you may be eligible for a full refund of your subscription fee.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Initial Subscription: The refund is applicable only for initial subscriptions and does not apply to renewals or subsequent subscriptions.
  • Notification Period: Refund requests must be initiated and received within 30 days from the initial subscription date.
  • Documentation: Subscribers may be required to furnish documentation, including but not limited to evidence of applications submitted and absence of interview invitations, to validate the claim.
  • Refund Mode: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the initial subscription.
  • Processing Time: Upon successful validation of the claim, the refund initiation will be immediate. However, the reflection of the refund in your financial account may vary based on banking procedures and can take up to 10 business days.
